Refund and Return Policy

At Songlust, we’re committed to delivering meaningful, personalized songs created with care. While every order is unique and crafted just for you, we understand that issues may arise. Below is our clear and fair refund and revision policy.

1. Full Refund for Unfulfilled Orders

If your custom song has not yet entered production, you are eligible for a 100% refund. Please reach out to us as soon as possible to cancel your order before creation begins.

Definition of Production:

Production is considered to have begun once our team starts scripting lyrics or generating audio based on your submitted questionnaire or input.

2. Revisions for Fulfilled Orders

Each custom song includes up to two free revisions, intended for minor lyric, tone, or pacing adjustments.

Revision Terms:

  • We’ll work with you to understand what you liked and what could be improved.
  • Revisions typically take up to 7 business days to complete.
  • Major rewrites or concept changes are not included and may incur additional fees.
  • Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the song. If no request is made within that period, the order will be considered finalized.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Files

If you receive a file that is corrupted, doesn’t play properly, or is clearly the wrong file, we will reprocess and resend the correct file as quickly as possible.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Because our songs are highly personalized digital products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once the final product has been delivered, except in cases of clear technical error (e.g., corrupted file, wrong song).

Your satisfaction matters to us, and we’re here to make small adjustments whenever possible. However, refunds will not be granted for subjective dissatisfaction with style or content if the song reflects the submitted input and falls within the artistic discretion described in our Terms of Service.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds for unfulfilled orders will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the transaction.
