21. COPYRIGHT & USAGE RIGHTS

• All custom songs created by Songlust are original works protected under copyright law.
  
• By default, copyright is jointly held by Songlust and the customer.
  
• Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use the song for personal, non-commercial purposes (gifting, private sharing, social media posting).
  

You may not:

• Commercially exploit the song without additional written permission.
  
• Claim sole authorship or copyright ownership.
  

Songlust retains joint ownership, including the right to:

• Showcase anonymized snippets of songs in its portfolio, social media, and marketing materials.

We will never disclose personal details without your consent.

22. DELIVERY & REVISIONS

• Custom songs are typically delivered within 3–7 business days (depending on volume).
  
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
  
• Each order includes up to two free revisions (minor lyrical or tonal adjustments).
  
• Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. After this, the order is considered finalized.
  
• Major rewrites or concept changes may require additional fees.
  

23. CUSTOMER INPUT & LIABILITY

• You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the input you provide.

These Terms were written in English. In the event of translation discrepancies, the English version prevails.
